When will my order ship?

For subscriptions, we ship all boxes out within the first 10 days of the month.

As long as the subscription order was received by the 15th of the prior month, the subscription box will be delivered by the 10th of the following month. For example, if you place an order by October 15th, the subscription box will be delivered to the recipient by November 10th. All subsequent subscriptions will be shipped out on this same timeframe (by the 10th of the month).

For single box orders - the order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.

If you have a specific date that you are hoping to have it delivered by, please just let us know at: hello@reikorose.com. We are happy to accommodate faster shipping wherever possible.

What if I’ve received a damaged item?

Please email a photo of the damage to: hello@reikorose.com and we will happily send you a replacement item.

What if I’ve subscribed but would like to cancel?

Please send us an email and we make sure any future boxes or payments are cancelled.
